I. Parties

II. Background and Purpose of the Agreement

Given that IVANKA Company operates an e-commerce platform specializing in clothing sales in the United States (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform"), you are interested in becoming a member of the Platform and selling products on it. After friendly negotiations, both parties have reached the following membership and commission agreement to establish a mutually beneficial partnership.

III. Membership and Commission

1. You voluntarily apply to become a member of IVANKA Company and承诺to abide by all the regulations and policies of the Platform, enjoying the various services and support provided by the Platform.

2. For the products you sell on the Platform, IVANKA Company will pay you a commission of 5% of the total sales revenue. The commission settlement cycle is once a month, and the specific settlement date is on the [Specific Date] of each month.

3. You shall ensure that all products sold on the Platform comply with relevant US laws and regulations as well as the Platform's regulations, and are of high quality, with no infringement, counterfeit, or other issues.

IV. Rights and Obligations of Both Parties

(A) Rights and Obligations of IVANKA Company

1. IVANKA Company has the right to supervise and manage your sales behavior to ensure the normal operation of the Platform and protect consumers' rights and interests.

2. IVANKA Company shall provide you with necessary training and support to help you improve your sales performance and customer service level.

3. IVANKA Company shall pay you the commission on time and ensure the accuracy and fairness of the commission.

(B) Your Rights and Obligations

1. You have the right to publish and sell your products on the Platform and enjoy the various services and support provided by the Platform.

2. You shall abide by all the regulations and policies of the Platform to ensure that your sales behavior is legal and compliant.

3. You shall provide IVANKA Company with sales data and settlement information on time to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the commission.

V. Term and Termination of the Agreement

1. This agreement shall take effect from the date of signing by both parties and be valid for [Specific Number of Years].

2. Before the expiration of the agreement, both parties may negotiate to renew or terminate it.
